Yes. You can manage your saved emergency contacts through your customer dashboard.

You can report a damaged QR through your account and contact support for replacement assistance.
Q9. Does emergency alert work without location permission?
The system is designed to send an alert even when location permission is denied. The alert may then be sent without a location link.
